SOLVED Newly discovered computers showing as Windows 10 Enterprise 10.0 instead of Workstation

Ive found articles browsing, but never found a definite fix. Here is what I have discovered all of my workstations until recently have been showing with the OS of Windows NT workstation *.*". Now when looking some of the newer devices are coming in as Windows 10 Enterprise 10.0, I can manually push the client and it says it was successfully pushed, but it never shows up with a Client Yes state or a site code.

Anyone know of the fix for this? Ive been reading articles off and on all day trying to find something, but nothing has popped yet. No new updates have been installed and no major changes to within the admin console config wise.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Current console version is 5.0.8239.1502
Site version 5.00.8239.1000
System Center 2012R2 SP1

I was able to fix this issue by applying updates and move on to the next version of system center. Currently running 1610 Hotfix 1 with no issues.
