Hi,

I'm using SCCM 2211. Newly deployed applications with purpose "Available" are not getting displayed in SCCM. This behavior started from around 3 weeks back. Any applications or updates deployed with purpose "Required" are getting installed fine. Strangely, AppIntentEval.log, AppDiscovery.log and AppEnforce.log are not updated for the last 2 months. Any idea how I can troubleshoot this issue?

Thanks,

1. Is this happening on multiple computers?.
2. Client to MP communication might have been stopped. Check the MP logs to determine if the MP is healthy - https://www.prajwaldesai.com/sccm-log-files/
3. Ensure the client agents are updated to latest version. In the ConfigMgr console, what is the status of the client - Active or Inactive?.

Hello Prajwal

Found the root cause and issue is resolved now. One of the forum posts was mentioning about third-party enrollments that they might cause multiple issues.

We had to use ME Desktop Central as a part of our Helpdesk services, which pushed some MDM setting in client computers. Once they're disabled and corresponding registry keys got deleted, everything is back to normal now.

Thanks,
