Hi everyone, I am a newbie at this SCCM stuff but hopefully will keep learning and getting better. I have a virtual lab running one Server 2019 AD working as DHCP and DNS server, and a Server 2016 vm running SCCM 2006 fully updated. I was able to image my first W10 vm using the built in configuration manager client package and joined to domain.
My problem is, every time I have built an application for deployment it stays in a red circle status (last night I created 3 apps following the instructions at
) and without exception, they all have the same problem. Same thing with two other apps I created before since I wanted to have VMwaretools install automatically; I followed the official guide from vmware and one other guide and made no difference. I set up my boundary and boundary group at the beginning and other things work well, like creating and deploying TS so it can't be a boundary issue...can it? So far I have found solutions to other stuff I have run into but I haven't had luck finding any information regarding apps staying in red/failed status.
Any ideas?
