PENDING New system added to mgmt conrainer

I have added new system (new sccm server machine) to system management container, will that machine will show there? if yes how much time will take to show

If you have setup another SCCM / Configuration manager in the existing setup with a different site code (than the earlier one), yes it should show in system management container. If you have got multiple domain controllers, it takes some time for replication.
