PENDING New SCCM server Installation 2007 to 2012

Hi Prajwal

one of our site having SCCM 2007 SP2 primary site with windows server 2008 installed , now we planned to migrate to new SCCM

we got 1 server installed with Windows server 2012, so now what are steps to be performed in new server 2012 and old server 2007,
in new server we just installed OS 2012, and now its part of our domain.
