Hi !
I'm SCCM manager into my company since 1 year. Our users work in RDS environnement (2K8 R2...Ok, not for long
).
I have problem with the Chrome deployement via PSAppdeploy.
My powershell script check if chrome is already running. In the positive case, I advise users to save their work and quit chrome. I show them a 10 minutes countdown before forcing chrome to close.
BUT
in this way, the message only appears for one user (randomly chosen?), and after 10 minutes, chrome is killed on all RDS sessions
This is why I ask you to find out how you manage the deployment of applications on RDS, especially when a process must be stopped before launching the installation?
Another way, deploy Chrome on next server startup ?! I don't know how i can do this. Someone distribute content to client without installing the application, just to have the data in order to call them manually, by another way (scheduled task, remotely,...) ?
thank you in advance for your precious help !
