Need a report of softwares that are not whitelisted in SCCM

I'm trying to generate a report in SCCM for the software's that are not white-listed. Any help is much appreciated.

ok, then answer me this, how do you tell that the software is white-listed?

I'm trying to get solution where it can show list of software's other than defined softwares in a list (Reports builder) or not available in software center.

That doesn't answer the question. If I give you a software title, how exactly do you know if it is whitelisted or not. aka Corel Draw 13 is it white listed? how exactly do you know that?
