NEW Missing Updates not Showing up in Software Center

I am hoping someone could help me. I have been trying to figure this out the last few days. I am trying to deploy patches to my pilot test groups and servers and while machines seem like they are talking in and seeing missing patches, they are not showing up in software center or installing.

From my reading a few people had issues with their wsus catalog versions. I checked mine (they were fine) and even moved the version up in the registry but still the same result. I tried to deploy just one patch as opposed to running my ADR but still the same result.

1. ContentVersion
2. SyncToVersion
3. LastAttemptVersion

There are really no specific errors in my logs (that i know of) to point me in the right direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am running SCCM 1806 5.00.8692.1000
