PENDING minimum NTFS permissions for Distribution point folders.

A recent security audit highlighted the "All Users" permissions on the SCCM package distribution share folders: SMSPKGE$, SMSSIG$, SMS_DP$, SCCMContentlib$
What are the minimum NTFS permissions I can set on these folders?
Is content distributed via IIS through software center?
Do users even need access to these folders?

Those permissions are set and will be reset by ConfigMgr itself. I forget if it is daily, weekly, or on upgrade but, I would not change them.

All Users only had read access, so not a big issue.
