PENDING Migrating non-HTTPS clients to HTTPS/PKI

I am migrating clients to a new SCCM instance by changing the site code. If my old server was non-HTTPS without PKI and my new server is HTTPS with PKI, will this require the clients to re-install the client or can I just change the site code and they are good to go?
