We have an older version deployed to users. Like 1.3.xxx. There is a new version, and I have spent hours trying to install it without success. it was released as an install for all users, then the new versions allow ALLUSERS=1 switch, then some article says you need to run a PS to clean up the appdata local microsoft teams folder for all users, then redeploy under user rights, etc
