PENDING Microsoft Patches and Endpoint updates are not being deployed

I am getting and error for my Update server. Testing my client comms to server using these links and no issues - firewall seems fine.

Event Logs:
WSUS Control Manager failed to monitor WSUS Server "SERVER".

Possible cause: WSUS Server version 3.0 SP2 or above is not installed or cannot be contacted.
Solution: Verify that the WSUS Server version 3.0 SP2 or greater is installed. Verify that the IIS ports configured in the site are same as those configured on the WSUS IIS website.

Have you verified this -

even my ADR for endpoint updates dont seem to be working. The ADR is running but it does not create the auto deployment.
