PENDING Microsoft Connected Cache Issues SCCM 2409

HI Guys, i have problem SCCM 2409 , i deployed all hotfix but client in Co Managment download from internet they are not downloading from SCCM DP Connectd cache, i checked all logs but i didn't find any road to my problem , also i need to mention that
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DeliveryOptimization is empty ther are no regedit that point to the connected cache DP
