PENDING Member count "0" in User collection

Hi Guys,

i am having a issue in my SCCM (CB) .in the user collection the all User member count is showing 0, but the member visible on site is 3. member count is not updating. i am not able to deploy any application because it shows collection does not contain any member.
is anyone faced this , what could be the reason..

please help.

Did you run the Active Directory User Discovery ?. You will have to specify the Active Directory container to search for the user accounts.
 
Thanks for the Reply. Yes, i have done the Discovery , and the users listed in the collection also. i can see that the member visible on site is 6. ( i have only 6 users). but the All User Member Count is still 0.

hello guys , any solution for this. in my Lab session and in production also the same issue. so i wonder any configuration error or access error.
smsprov and adusrdis log seems no error.
