NEW MECM (SCCM) Client Agents not updating over VPN

We have recently updated to CM2006 and with the hotfixes the client agents should be 5.00.9012.1056 be we have found that a number of devices have not received this new client. For some reason the agent is not updating over our VPN. Not sure if there is another port that we need to open to make this work. We also have CMG available for those that are not on the VPN, but if their client agent version is too old they do not check in and show as online. Any suggestions?
 
We don't have the pre-production client defined. The automatic client upgrade is set. Thank you for the port list we are making sure they are added in the VPN acl.
