PENDING Management Point error client communication

Hello,
I'm stagling a one of the location MP and location commication error client device
SCCM agent installed but not listed 11Actions it's showing 2 Actions

Please find attached snapshots and give me resolve step.

Client side and Server side everything fine but client not able to find MP and DP locations. Finally I added onther locations DP then perfectly working fine listed 11Actions

I see lots of errors in those log files. Are any of the clients in your setup able to contact MP ?. If no, i would suggest to plan for a MP uninstall and reinstall.
