PENDING Loss of devices in collections after client install

version 1802 client installation occurred and noticed devices removed from collections. Also noticed that when I went to the actions tab on the computers that were missing only two actions are showing rather than the regular amount that I am used to. Any suggestions

You just need to wait for few minutes until the client agent installation is completed successfully. If you still notice there are two client action cycles available, check this thread - https://prajwaldesai.com/community/threads/configuration-manager-client-missing-actions.311/
