I'm having an issue where my servers are taking hours to get patched. For example, ADR triggers at 8:00, As far as I can tell everything is deployed within about an hour. The servers however dont seem to receive patches for hours. Around 11:00 I started logging into server to find that had been installed on some but were waiting to restart. The restart delay which I don't think should have triggered is 90 mins and at 11:00 is only 30 mins that have elapsed. Which is still a couple hours later than I would expect. This started happening a couple months ago but I had attributed the issue to network congestion. Anyone have any idea what this is? because I'm at a loss.
