NEW Licence for SCCM

Hi,
I am planning to implement SCCM in my organisation.
Unfortunately I have to initially pass on the cost of licensing to the director.
Does anyone know what the licensing is like?
I already have licenses for windows server and SQL server.
I am interested in the SCCM licence itself and whether I also need to buy a licence for the SCCM agent as many workstations as I have?

It depends if you have already a subscription (EMS etc) or not, take a look in the following links or maybe contact directly a MS partner on your country to get further licensing details.
