NEW Latest Windows 10 CU - APPLICABILITY_CHECK_NOT_SUPPORTED

Hello,

starting with the March and April CU for Windows 10 20H2 I'm getting APPLICABILITY_CHECK_NOT_SUPPORTED in the OfflineServicingMgr.log.

Applicability State = APPLICABILITY_CHECK_NOT_SUPPORTED, Update Binary = C:\ConfigMgr_OfflineImageServicing\f92d3d37-20e4-4e33-a3d9-03de01affe8e\Windows10.0-KB5001330-x64.cab.

Other updates just install fine.
Does anyone know something about this?
