PENDING Issue pushing SCCM Agent to Client Machine from SCCM 1902

Good Morning Tech gurus, please I need your assistant, Am a bit new to SCCM, I am trying to push sccm agent to my client machine from sccm 1902 and it has been unsuccessful, I tied manual installation, it was unsuccessful too, attach is the log file. help look at it.

Thank you for your reply, the management point is configure to use intranet, Ip range is use to configure the the boundary, distribution point are created for individual branches using HTTP configuration and non of the client is configured to face the internet. Thank you.
