PENDING Issue in Statesys.box

Seeing a ton of corrupted entries in the Statesys.box with the following error in the log:


I did verify the files that is states is corrupt has the <User> as blank, but not sure why this would all of a sudden be a problem. I am not aware anything has changed with the database.

Can anyone state what this table, CI_AssignmentStatus, is for?
