PENDING Issue deploying OSD TS applications but only from USB

I have a strange issue where apps wont deploy as part of my OSD TS, you see the install applications heading but gets no further than something along lines of initialising config manager client, works a treat if I boot from USB to run TS from SCCM environment directly.

Is it just the TS or even apps don't get installed when you make it available in software center ?. have you examined the smsts.log file ?.

Hi. It's any TS from USB. Same TS is fine from using a boot USB and running from server. Again if run apps from a collection absolutely fine. The apps from TS just sit at initialising config manager client. Never show installing app

To be more precise at "Running action: Install Application" sits for a long time at "initializing the system centre configuration manager client" then says building list of apps to install then reboots immediately

within smsts.log for each app I see "CreateFileW failed for .................................." as well as "Install Static Applications failed, hr=0x80070005"

Did you ever get this issue resolved? I'm having the same problem as you with USB.
