How can I deploy an application 'required' and 'available' at the same time on Intunel

You cannot set the same application to be both "Required" and "Available" for the same user or device group in a single Intune assignment. To achieve this functionality, you must create two separate assignments for the application, targeting different Microsoft Entra ID groups: one group receives the "Required" assignment, and the other group receives the "Available" assignment.
