Please help, we are trying to roll out Intune while we have SCCM on-prem, the devices on Intune are not compliant. Is there any policy that can block this from SCCM, or they dependent on each other to work?

Exactly what error are you getting? why are you not using co-manage?

We are suing the co-manage from SCCM it is activated, but I don't know why most devices that are running Windows 11 are not compliant. Do you have a list of things I can check for our devices to be compliant?
