PENDING Installing EXE with switch and installer.properties

Hi team,

I am trying to deploy this engineering app with the following parameters, (vendor has confirmed the silent switch , installer properties file and EULA switch

hwSolvers2022.3_win64.exe –i silent –f "C:\Tools\Solvers\hw2022.3_installer.properties” -DACCEPT_EULA=YES

The application installs when I run the above command manually on the PC but fails with SCCM.

I have a prerequisite script to copy installer.properties to the location as per the command line so installer.properties resides in C:\Tools\Solvers\ before application is deployed.
