NEW Install an .exe application and copy an xml file

Greetings to all, I have to install an application using an executable .exe and then launch a copy of an .xml file containing the settings in the program folder. Publishing the installation and installation goes smoothly, but I don't know how to make the next copy of the file. What do you recommend. I thank
