PENDING Inactive Client Activity in Configure Manager

Hi,

I have a problem with inactive client activity. Last two weeks, I have followed some step from another website. It does help to remove the label of inactive client activity but the client turned from Yes to No while the ccm agent has been installed in user pc. What should I do to make it Yes again and Active client activity?
