Good Day!!

Im New with SCCM and i found that before the OS of the computers is running in Windows 7 then they upgrade it to Windows 10 via in place upgrade manually.
My problem is after i run a query to view all window 7 computers still there is a lot of records show, the records that sccm shows is more than 700 computers running in windows 7 while the actual count is not more than 100. what should i do.

Thank You,

MAM

After the upgrade, did you check if the clients are communicating to MP ?. In the console select a device and at bottom what is time of policy request, heartbeat DDR and hardware scan ?.

actually the upgrade was made i think 3 years ago im not even in the company that year it just happen that i create a query on windows 7 OS and the result is not right. i think all are update please see screenshot the query is windows 7 but it shows a windows 10 computer
