PENDING In-Place upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (License Issue)

i just upgrade one of my windows 7 PC to Windows 10 In Lab, everything went smooth but License.
there is message that "Windows is not activated"
do i have to activate it again or is there anyway to move License Key from windows 7 to windows 10 in upgrade process?

I suppose you have used SCCM to perform the in-place upgrade. If you have used a Upgrade TS, check the product key that you have entered.
