the old certificate is expired and we can't download the new csr file. Its says, that this adjustments must configure in the Configuration Manager
console. Where can we find this options and how to setup? Thanks
first of all, you have to know that a service request is unavoidable.
And it may can take a while until you get a response.
after you created a service request, you will get a todo list which probably looks like this:
In order to proceed with the request, we need to confirm the following information:
• Tenant ID: <the domain used to login to service (IE intune.onmicrosoft.com)
• Confirmation of Pre-Requisite Steps Completed:
Prerequisites for Authority reset from SCCM to Intune
•Retire all Modern Devices (mobile devices) from within the Configuration Manager Console. It is important that you do not attempt to retire a device from the device itself for this procedure to be executed.
•Remove all users from the Intune User Group. Point the Intune Subscription to an empty user collection, or, remove all users from the targeted collection. and confirm in the CloudUserSync.log that users are removed.
•Uncheck the iOS platform to purge the APNs certificate
•Delete any and all published applications that are for MDM Devices
•Delete any and all polices that are for MDM Devices
•Remove the Windows Intune Connector from within the Configuration Manager Console (only applicable to R2 SP1 or below)
•Remove the Intune subscription by right-clicking the subscription and selecting Delete
•Restart the SMS Executive Service
•Provide us some example users so we can verify the CM licenses get removed after the process completes
After all it will take possibly 1 up to 3 business days.
