PENDING IBCM cliend update problem

Hi all

we build IBCM by this video :

app is working fine but client dont sync updates.
On client we have this in log :
wuauhandler:

when i watch to wsyncmgr.log i find this

IBCM is in DMZ , all ports is OK. Updates was synced, DB is on WID.
But for some reason SCCM cant index and clean updates on IBCM.
So this can by problem some timeout on client scan or something.

Some idea what is wrong ?

cause price, i know its 150-200$/month but my boos have problem even with this.

but it looks problem with IBCM WSUS DB. Its on WID and this dons support remote connection. So MECM cant do maintenance task on it. I do it manually and many of client now connect to IBCM.
