OPEN HP Thin Clients and SCCM client

Hi

I have installed the SCCM client on my HP thin clients that are running in kiosk mode. The issue that I'm having is that my HP thin client will be at a login screen asking for the username and password for the auto login account. The users are unable to use the thin client when this happens. When I enter in the username and password, it allows me to log in. I notice in the task bar that there is a restart request from sccm client and the lock on the thin client is unlocked. Once I reboot the thin client is sometimes works but other times goes back to prompting for the auto login username and password. Any ideas how to stop this from happening?

Hi @dmanrez,

You have to check with the manufacturer if your HP thin clients are supported to be managed with your current ConfigMgr version.

The only doc I've found is this one but it's for 2021R2.
