Hi Kungman, I have not come across any tutorial so far. But as per this article https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server-docs/get-started/supported-upgrade-paths the upgrade is possible from 2012 R2 to 2016. I have added this point to my task list and hopefully i will come up with a post on this soon.
