PENDING How to uninstall Office 2010 and upgrade to Office 2013

I'm facing an issue in client machines that I deployed Office 2013 using sccm with OCT customization

but in some client old version office 2010 not removing , how to sort out this issue ?

he Prajwal I want to follow above method to uninstall office 2010 but the command \\server\share\office2010\setup.exe /uninstall Proplus /config \\server\share\office2010\proplus.ww\config.xml
how should I use this command should all these command under installation command line ?

can you let me know where should i use the above command to uninstall existing office program and upgrade new one

Have you got the OCT set to remove old versions of office before install?

This should just work as intended, although it will not be able to remove versions of office which are a different architecture. (x64 version of office will not upgrade or remove x86 versions)

Have you checked event logs on client to see if any errors pertaining to uninstall failure?

Yes I got Oct and selected uninstall previous programs but still old office version completely not removing in some clients both office versions present, which log files should I go through to know the root cause for not uninstalling old version
