NEW How to restrict use of USB to all domain users except some

I need to block usb access, except mouse and keyboard, to everyone except one or two groups.
would you please forward me some instructions how to create a group policy to apply this restriction?

Open Local Group Policy Editor, Go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Removable Storage access . Enable this policy- "All Removable Storage classes: Deny all access policy."
