NEW How to manage Visio and Project updates in accordance with Office 365

Hi All,

I would like to ask your advice on the below problem that I am facing.
We deploy Office 365 patches every month. But the Visio and Project packages are not updated regularly. So when a user who doesn't have Visio and Project installed in their machine, requests for these software, the IT support person will install the old version of Visio and Project in user machine. This will downgrade Office 365 to the version of Visio and Project.
I would like to have Visio and Project packages updated automatically when Office 365 update is pushed. Please let me know if anyone has any idea on how to achieve this.
