SCCM v.2503, I have two pairs of x86/x64 unknown computer listings, how to determine and remove the erroneous pair?

Each pair is showing same day creation, second pair showing later date by a few days.

Not sure what the situation is but some background, this instance was built in 2017 to replace an old instance, they ran side by side for a time-frame. Different site codes between the instances, migration took place.

There was some data migration that took place by a previous person who at the very least brought over some previous instance packages/applications and probably other config data. To what degree was data imported, I am not sure.

I have looked into the recreation of the 'unknown computer' instances, found a reg hack to force the recreation which I don't want to have to do unless I have to of course.

Question is, is the older pair a relic from some importation from the prior sccm instance and the reg key that creates the 'unknown' computers scenario from the new environment created as normal, ignoring anything that might have been imported or? Unknown.

Is there a tried and true method for dealing with an issue like this or is it make your best guess, 50/50 chance? If you remove the correct one, just remove the incorrect pair that's left and do the reg key recreation?

Any insight/assistance is greatly appreciated.

At the end of the day, what does it matter if there are two unknowns? e.g. what problem is is causing you other than visual?
