PENDING How to force task sequence to continue even after prolonged shut down period.

I have some Dell computers that do not restart after the final restart stage in the task sequence. I have to manually remove the power cable and plug it back in just to get it to turn back on.
How can I get my task sequence to continue even after a prolonged total shut down?

I have worked on several Dell laptops, desktops and I have never seen this before. Did you contact Dell support and check why the computers don't come up after restart ?.
