How to deploy an Outlook 2013 addon through sccm 2012 while outlook is disabling addon's

I want to deploy "SendSecure" is an add-on to deploy on to the outlook 2013, this add-on helps in sending the emails in outlook securely.
But outlook is disabling add-on, so that is why i m unable to deploy this package.
How to make that the outlook accept the addon?

"But outlook is disabling add-on" - Did you investigate why outlook is disabling this add-on ?. No matter we deploy the add-on using SCCM or install it manually, if the add-on is not accepted by outlook then you really need to check why this issue is happening.

May I know what is the extension of the add-on ?.
