NEW How do SCCM see re-imaged client with the same name?

Hello Dear,

let's say that we have a device that is reporting and appearing successfully in SCCM console, No issues.

and for some reason, the device has been re-imaged and named with the same old name.

the new re-imaged machine will need now to be compliant like the rest of devices for Windows update, Packages and applications deployments... Are all old deployments will be deployed now on the re-imaged device or not?
