NEW Help I have equipment with client inactive please..

Dear, I need your help... I have some computers that appear to me with the client inactive, I can not uninstall the client from the console and I can not get remotely...
I disable the firewall on the computer and install the client manually and it does not install either... I have these logs of one of them.
