PENDING Hashvalue error after 2x PXE

Hi Prajwaldesai,
I setup up my MECM. Everything is working, components = Greed, sides = green all good.
Now I have a error if I try to install my client via PXE.
The first time I install them via pxe everything went fine. 2nd time too.
But after the third time I got a hashvalue error which won't let me install W11 again.

The user tries to release a source directory C:\_SMSTaskSequence\Packages\XXX0001B that is either already released or we have not connected to it.
Verify package XXX0001B is updated on distribution points

The hash value is not correct. (Error: 80091007; Source: Windows)

Vom Betriebssystem wurde Fehler 2148077575 gemeldet: Der Hashwert ist falsch.

If I re-deploy the W11.wim it's working again for 2-3 times. Then the same error again.
Is there anything I could configured wrong?
