Hi all, I'm Grant from New Zealand. I have been mostly in desktop support for numerous years. Finally transitioned to admin role, which is great. Our vendor didn't do a good job, so I was tasked of taking over the server patching at my organization. I am very thankful for this forum. I had no SCCM experience, needless to say after 3 months of patching, due to this forum things seems to be going good ( manager is happy). So still got lots to learn and appreciate everyone's time and efforts.
