PENDING FingerPrint Driver missing

Hello,
I have an fingerprint issue on one Laptop Model.
So the driver is missing for this laptop model, i need to add it.
what the best way to do it ,
create a new package and add it to the task sequence? or add the driver in the WinPE image?
