How to find which softwares are installed on all the computers on a network.

Is there a way to find installed softwares through SCCM or any query?
Please help

Yes, I looked at those built-in reports. They are not as helpful, they does not show all the softwares installed on all the devices.

Any help highly appreciated.

look at Count of all instances of software registered with Add or Remove Programs
