SOLVED Failed to send status 311 Error 87D00215 ccmsetup

I am trying to install the agent on a server and it continues to fail. I have searched for answers. One pointed to a possible WMI Repository corruption. The repository shows as consistent. I did try rebuilding it but that caused other problems and was still not able to install the agent.

Yes I do have an FSP. This is only one client failing to install. Just happens to be a server
