Hi, we are getting the following error when trying to image a device using a USB drive; "There are no task sequences available for this computer". We have confirmed that the MAC address\device doesn't exist in SCCM. The most recent changes that were made prior to this problem was updating the applications within the Task Sequences. Applications such as; 7Zip, Chrome, Trend Micro, VLC Player. We created them under Applications, tested them individually, then went into the task sequences and removed the older versions, then added the newer versions. I am not sure if this would cause the issue we are having, look for advise or troubleshooting steps.

I don't think the applications aren't causing this issue. Did you check the working of TS on some other laptop instead?.

I have not, but I did notice the Task Sequences that didn't work from the usb drive wasn't deployed to the Unknown Computers collection. I deployed it to the default Unknow Computer Collection. I'll test to see if this fixed it, and post the results. I think possibly I may have removed the deployment to unknown Computers.
