The 2309 update is failing to download the 'redist' at the moment and the following is the log from dmpdownloader.log

I would appreciate, it if you could help me with the above.
I have previously tried completing the download by changing the package state but the package failed to install afterwards.
There could be multiple issues but I need to make sure that this one is fixed so I don't need to revert to snapshot.
