PENDING Failed to create assembly name object for Microsoft.UpdateServices.Administration Error = 0x80131701

Hi to all

I am having theses issues registered in wcm.log file:

• Failed to create assembly name object for Microsoft.UpdateServices.Administration. Error = 0x80131701.
• The request failed with HTTP status 503: Service Unavailable.
• Setting new configuration state to 3 (WSUS_CONFIG_FAILED)

In addition, SUP currently did not syncronized at all. I have internet connection through a proxy server and I would like to read any recommentation about how to fix it

Hi,

My solution was remove SUP role from SCCM
close scmm consola
Delete WSUS website from IIS manager
re reun the 1st wsus windows winzard
it created a WSUS website again
re install SUP role

Now, it is working.

Hi there,

It seems to me that you do not have to configure WSUS, did that change? But in my case, SUP doesn't work and the "WSUS Website" in IIS is missing for some reason. Any idea?
